At Natural Foundation LTD you have the right to a 14 day return period after receiving in the post. This only applies if the product has not been used or tapered with with the seal still intact. The packaging must remain in the same state that it left dispatch or it will not be accepted under the Distance Selling Act. The return is at the customers expense and contact information can be found in our contact section. The cost of the product will be refunded minus the courier.

If the customer finds the product is defective or received the incorrect product Natural Foundation Ltd will replace with no extra cost to the consumer so long as the packing is not damaged and seal remains unbroken. If the product internally is damaged; notify us and we will determine the course of action needed. If at fault of manufacturer and not due to transportation we will enter a refund/replacement protocol.

Upon receipt of the product the consumer must check the package that it is compliance with their order and that the packaging is sealed and unbroken. If there is any discrepancy with the packaging due to transportation it is up to the customer to check with the courier about the protocols for receipt of damaged goods.

Do not accept a product if the packaging appears tampered, damaged or the seal is broken due to transportation.

• Average blood pressure must be taken for seven days BEFORE starting the supplement so that we have an average blood pressure recording to compare to. Blood pressure must be recorded once in the morning and once in the evening.
• Blood pressure must be recorded twice daily for 30 days: once in the morning and once at night once supplementation has began.
• The supplement must be taken each day for 30 days.
• If the average blood pressure for the period where the supplement is taken is not lower than the average number during the 7-day period prior to taking the supplement, then the money-back guarantee is valid, and the customer is eligible for a refund.
