Great product, my BP has much better, it has come down to the very good levels I feel my energy level has improved too. I’ve had high blood pressure and been on GP prescribed meds for many years, but I’ve always been at the top end, always close to or above 140/90. I thought I’d give this a try. At first there was not much difference, but my readings have dropped over the month and I’ve seen regular BPs of around 128/86, the lowest being 127/77!
I certainly feel in a better way now and am going to commit to a second month.
