ABOUT EACH Supplement

Tongkat Ali

Tongkat Ali is a 100% natural plant extract.

Numerous human studies have observed safe doses of Tongkat Ali up to 600mg per day without the physical and psychological side effects of steroids.

Using modern science and technology, we’ve created a highly potent Tongkat Ali supplement with over 2% eurycomanone. Many studies have shown that eurycomanone is the main component of Tongkat Ali responsible for increasing testosterone.

Most of our competitors do not test or standardise the eurycomanone content. They often mention that their Tongkat Ali is 200:1, meaning that 200kg of Tongkat Ali was used to make 1kg of Tongkat Ali extract. However, this is not an indicator of quality as they could have simply used parts of the Tongkat Ali plant that do not contain beneficial compounds such as eurycomanone. The eurycomanone content is a far superior indicator of quality.

Our Tongkat Ali is third-party tested to demonstrate the high eurycomanone content. We test each batch for heavy metals and microbiological contaminants to make sure it is safe. Studies have previously shown that many manufacturers haphazardly sell heavily contaminated Tongkat Ali products.

Fadogia agrestis

Fadogia agrestis is a shrub found in Africa, notably in Nigeria. The stems are used to make supplements. It has traditionally been used as an aphrodisiac and a testosterone booster.

Researchers have observed increased testosterone, delayed ejaculation and improved erectile function in rodents administered with Fadogia.

Turkesterone

Turkesterone is a compound found in a plant called Ajuga turkestanica. More specifically, turkesterone is a phytoecdysteroid: a plant compound with a chemical structure similar to steroid hormones produced by arthropods.

Human and animal studies have not observed any side effects of ecdysteroids. This is likely because ecdysteroids bind to estrogen receptor beta (ERβ), which is associated with muscle hypertrophy, whilst anabolic steroids imitate the effects of testosterone by binding to androgen receptors.

Most of our competitors do not test or standardise the turkesterone content of their supplements. They often mention that their turkesterone is 50:1, meaning that 50kg of the plant was used to make 1kg of concentrated extract. However, this is not necessarily an indicator of quality as they could have simply used parts of the plant that do not contain large amounts of turkesterone. Our extract has been standardised to contain at least 10% turkesterone, far above most of our competitors.

  • image description

    With or Without Food?

It's usually best to take Tongkat Ali with food in the morning. Some individuals feel nauseous when taking Tongkat Ali on an empty stomach due to rapid absorption or gastrointestinal irritation. However, the impact of food on supplement absorption is often unpredictable as different compounds within food can interact with the supplement in different ways. On the other hand, taking a supplement with food will slow absorption, which can be beneficial if you want the effects to kick in slower or if you experience nausea when taking the supplement on an empty stomach.

Fadogia and Turkesterone can be taken with food or on an empty stomach.

Scientific Studies

Several studies have investigated the effects of Tongkat Ali, Turkesterone and Fadogia Agrestis. We have summarised the most interesting results.

Study 1: Turkesterone outperforms anabolic steroids

Study type:

Rodent study (male rats)

Purpose

To compare the anabolic activity of phytoecdysteroids and steranabols (anabolic steroids). Specifically, turkesterone and ecdysterone were compared with methyandrostenediol (Anabol) and nerobol (Dianabol). The effect of phytoecdysteroids upon protein-anabolic processes were judged by changes in body weight and the weight of internal organs and skeletal muscles.

Dose:

5 mg/kg/day of phytoecdysteroids for 10 days or 10 mg/kg/day of Dianabol/Anabol for 10 days.

Results:

The results showed that the anabolic activity of turkesterone outperformed anabolic steroids.

As visible in the table pictured, puberal and intact impuberal rodents experienced greater weight gain from turkesterone than from nerabol (Dianabol) and methylandrostenediol (Anabol).

These results are remarkable for several reasons:

1. Dianabol and Anabol are potent anabolic steroids that bodybuilders have used for decades.

2. Anabol and Dianabol generally lead to artificial weight gain due to water retention, unlike turkesterone and ecdysterone.

3. Turkesterone and ecdysterone stimulated protein synthesis without adverse effects on the endocrine system.

Link:

https://doi.org/10.1007/BF02524596

Study 2

Study type:

Non-randomised placebo-controlled clinical trial

Purpose:

To measure the effects of ecdysteroids (ecdysterone) on sports performance and body composition.

Interventions:

Ecdysterone supplement and 3 sessions of resistance training per week

Participants:

46 young men with at least 1 year of experience in weight-lifting (bench press, deadlift and squat)

Duration:

10 weeks

Results:

Compared to the placebo group, ecdysterone was correlated with significantly larger increases in muscle mass. The placebo group actually lost muscle mass.

Ecdysterone supplementation was also correlated with a significant increase in bench press and squat performance compared to the placebo group.

Importantly, biomarkers for liver or kidney toxicity did not increase after ecdysterone supplementation.

Study 3

Study type:

Animal & cellular study

Purpose

To elucidate the anabolic potency of ecdysterone (an ecdysteroid similar to turkesterone) in comparison to other known anabolic agents and to support the hypothesis of ERβ mediated action by in-silico modelling.

Dose:

5 mg/kg/day of phytoecdysteroids for 10 days or 10 mg/kg/day of methylandrostenediol (Anabol) or nerobol (Dianabol) for 10 days.

Results:

In the rodent study, ecdysterone exhibited a strong hypertrophic effect on the fibre size of the soleus muscle that was found to be even stronger than dianabol (metandienone), trenbolox (estradienedione), and SARMS1, all administered with the same dose (5 mg/kg for 21 days).

In the cellular study, ecdysterone (1 µM) induced a significant increase of the diameter of myotubes (a cell found in muscle fibres) comparable to dihydrotestosterone (1 µM) and IGF1 (Insulin-Like Growth Factor, 1.3 nM).

Conclusion:

The anabolic potency of ecdysterone was comparable or even higher than the anabolic androgenic steroids, SARMs or IGF-1.

3rd Party Tests

To prove the quality of our supplements, we get them tested by 3rd-party laboratories. Most supplement companies do not get the quality of their supplements verified by 3rd-parties. This means their customers have to blindly trust claims of high quality. We’re different. Our supplements are 3rd-party tested for:

  • Identity, confirming our supplements are authentic
  • Potency, confirming our supplements contain the compounds responsible for their effects
  • Adulterants, confirming our supplements are free of adulterants commonly added to sports supplements to artificially enhance their effects
  • Heavy metals, confirming our supplements are among the lowest in heavy metals on the market

Life Changing Bundle

Been using this bundle for just over a month now and my mental health and quality of life have really improved. I personally never write reviews, but this has done more for me than my prescribed medication has done. If you have anxiety and depression like me, this might be the key you're looking for. It has been for me. I also tried other companies in the past, now I don't think I will ever purchase supplements from another one. Nothing has ever helped me feel this good. I highly recommend this bundle.

Eurycomanone is the main beneficial compound within Tongkat Ali. Ours is standardised to 2% which means it’s an incredibly potent product. Beware of other sellers offering cheaper prices without mentioning the standardisation percentage. They are likely selling a low-quality product that brings no benefit.

  • Is it gluten free?

    Yes.

  • Is the Tongkat Ali a 200:1 extract?

Most of our competitors do not test or standardise the eurycomanone content. They often mention that their Tongkat Ali is 200:1, meaning that 200kg of Tongkat Ali was used to make 1kg of Tongkat Ali extract. However, this is not an indicator of quality as they could have simply used parts of the Tongkat Ali plant that do not contain beneficial amounts of eurycomanone. The eurycomanone content is a far superior indicator of quality. Our product is standardised to 2% which means it's extremely potent.

  • Are there any side effects of Tongkat Ali?

Although most scientific studies have not observed any adverse side effects, one study observed mild gastrointestinal symptoms in 6 out of the 50 participants. These symptoms included constipation, indigestion, abdominal pain, flatulence and abdominal discomfort. To avoid gastrointestinal irritations, take the supplement with food and wait at least 24 hours before the next dose. Avoid taking the supplement on an empty stomach or after a heavy meal.

  • Will this get through customs?

We are getting 99% of orders through without problem. If there is a problem, we can always return it to us and re-fund you. We have warehouses all over the world to make for a smooth shipping experience.

  • Does it show up on drug tests?

No. Tongkat Ali, Fadogia and Turkesterone are not drugs. They are also not banned by WADA. However, we do not have a certification for our products so professional athletes may want to check with test authorities.
