Dosage Verification
The lab quantifies the active ingredient content of every batch to confirm it meets the dose stated on the label. If a product says 10,000 FU of nattokinase or 10mg of Monacolin K, we prove it — with a published certificate of analysis for every single batch.
Identity Testing
Identity testing confirms that the raw materials in each batch are exactly what they claim to be. This guards against adulteration, contamination, and supply chain substitution — risks that are more common in the supplement industry than most consumers realise. If the label says Monacolin K, the lab confirms it's Monacolin K.
Microbiological Screening
Every batch is screened for harmful bacteria, yeasts, moulds, and other microbial contaminants. This includes testing for total viable count, coliforms, E. coli, Salmonella, and Staphylococcus aureus. It confirms the product is safe for human consumption and that our manufacturing environment meets the highest hygiene standards.
Who does the testing? We work with multiple independent, accredited laboratories including SORA Labs (ISO 17025), Eurofins, and Alchemist Labs. Using several world-class testing partners rather than a single provider means we can cross-validate results and ensure no single point of failure in our quality assurance process. ISO 17025 is the international gold standard for testing and calibration laboratories — it means results are accurate, reproducible, and legally defensible.
