Within the first month numbers started moving in the right direction, after 6 months BP readings are measurably down and heading toward a level I can be happy about.

I started taking this because I had a lot of stress to contend with and my blood oressure was rocketing. Seemed to work very quickly and brought it down. Stress has eased now and my blood pressure seems stable.
