Heading in the right direction

Started about a month ago and it seems to work . BP now down to 128/78 from 135/85 . Worth a try

I decided to try natural based supplements to improve my heart health as I was increasingly concerned about the common side effects and limited success of pharma medications as suggested by the doctors.
I was initially sceptical if I'm honest, thinking if they worked, why wouldn't doctors suggest them - apart from the obvious financial side.
I started on the Blood Pressure Support, in powder form, which whilst not to my taste as very sweet, I wouldn't go as far as horrible, it was OK when used to it.
Testing every day, I noticed a slight drop in blood pressure after a week, and after 2 weeks a definite drop of around 10 mmhg on Systolic, and about 3-5mmhg drop on Diastolic. I was surprised so ordered a 2 month supply.
Now 5-6 weeks in, my BP has dropped from 150/90, to a consistent 128-130/80-83, which I'm thrilled with, all natural, without any side effects.
I've since started the Cholesterol support as well but too early to report on yet, and the Nattokinase, to de-clog the arteries.
All in all very impressed with the products, and of the service provided. Would recommend highly.

Didn’t think it would work and thought it was a waste of money but I bought it anyway. Wow was I wrong. My father had a heart attack at 47 and being 45 and just learning I’ve got high blood pressure panicked me. Since my fitness disappeared over 15 years ago, my BP went too. When you visit your GP, straight away, their answer is medication and as BP Increase so does your medication strength.
Despite medication, my BP readings generally have been all over the place and mostly over my optimum 140/90 for my age group, which is still high.
Seeing Blood pressure support advert on FB and then doing a little homework, I thought why not give this a go?
The results, combined with cutting out alcohol, exercising and eating more healthy have been incredible!
I can honestly say never ever, has my medication given me these types of readings.

Remember this is support, so you also need to help yourself, I believe, as well as taking Blood pressure support.
