Great and easy supplement

Really noticed increased fat metabolism due to increased AMPK after six weeks of taking in the morning combined with diet and exercise etc


I’ve been taking this for 2 weeks. I’ve been struggling to get my readings under 250 for months since my insurance refused the 1 med that worked for me and insisted on insulin. High doses of insulin did NOTHING to help my glucose levels. Started zero carbs diet and felt better but my blood sugars were not lowering much. I was recommended Berberine and I found this product.
