My BP has always been high (140/90 and above). I'm now nearly 60. But I exercise a lot and figured it must be ok despite every annual health check coming with a warning I may be put on meds for it. I developed Afib and had cryoablation which has worked for a few years. Then I got bradycardia and in last few months my watch has been waking me up with abnormal heart rate alarm (HR lower than 40). Then Afib started to return. Dilemma. Normal meds for Afib work by reducing HR and I don't need it to be lower. Saw this product on FB and thought 'what he hell, might as well give it a go'. I've tried Kwai, beetroot juice, garlic, fish oil etc. all beneficial but none actually lower BP effectively. I have a Hilo device that measures BP constantly. And it's worrying. However. I started taking this on Aug 17th. Within 2 days my BP started to normalise. Don't care what they put in it, it's working. Just wish it was a little cheaper.
