I struggled with insomnia all through my 20s. I stayed active and tried everything that was recommended to me: OTC drugs, prescription meds, natural remedies, meditation—you name it. For years, I relied on Tylenol PM (and Valerian Root) because it had about a 50% success rate, which was better than the alternatives.
