Cured insomnia and got me off prescription drugs

I can’t imagine living without this supplement. I dealt with chronic insomnia for over 3 years. I was on Lunesta, which helped me fall asleep but didn’t keep me asleep through the night. In search of a healthier option that wouldn’t leave me feeling drowsy the next day, I tried a variety of natural sleep aids—melatonin, CBD sleep aids, teas, essential oils, you name it. Nothing really worked until I found this.

Now, I take this supplement along with magnesium about an hour before bed, and I have *no* trouble falling asleep almost immediately after my head hits the pillow. I typically wake up only once a night, and occasionally twice (whereas before, it was 3-5 times).

I wake up feeling fully rested, without any drowsiness.

If you struggle with insomnia or have trouble falling or staying asleep, I can’t recommend this product enough.

Finally Something that Works.

I struggled with insomnia all through my 20s. I stayed active and tried everything that was recommended to me: OTC drugs, prescription meds, natural remedies, meditation—you name it. For years, I relied on Tylenol PM (and Valerian Root) because it had about a 50% success rate, which was better than the alternatives. Even after a full night’s sleep, though, I’d still wake up feeling tired and groggy, assuming that was just normal.

A few years ago, I started taking Easy Sleep, and it’s been a game-changer. I had tried many of the individual ingredients before, but somehow this combination worked for me. I take it about 30 minutes before bed, then follow my usual bedtime routine. I’m typically asleep within 30 minutes of getting into bed. While there are still occasional nights where sleep doesn’t come easily, those nights are far fewer now. Best of all, I wake up refreshed, without the grogginess I used to experience.

I’ve shared Easy Sleep with my family, and while it works for some, it doesn't for everyone. So it's not a guaranteed solution, but for me, it’s been fantastic.

Great sleep with no morning after effects

These pills are both large in size and in effectiveness. I usually only need to take one, which is great for my wallet. I take it about an hour before bed, and it relaxes me enough to fall asleep, stay asleep, and wake up feeling refreshed—without that groggy "sleeping pill hangover." I've been using them for years, typically 3-4 nights a week, and they consistently work well for me.

Best sleep stuff for women in 50s

I'm 53, and one of my girlfriends recommended this product to me. I usually fall asleep just fine, but I tend to wake up around 3 a.m. This stuff has really helped me sleep through the night, and the best part is, it never makes me feel groggy in the morning. It may suggest taking three capsules, but I only take two because it is that strong.

The only thing that helped

As a retired woman, I’ve dealt with difficulty falling asleep for years (though staying asleep was never a problem). I would lie awake for hours before finally drifting off, only to have a restless night full of bad dreams. Naturally, this left me feeling far from refreshed in the mornings. I’ve used Ambien in the past and really liked the results, but I eventually developed a dependency and had to address that. While I still have a prescription, I’m reluctant to rely on it again.

During a recent visit to my doctor, I asked about how much Melatonin I could safely take, as I was using 10mg just to feel any effect. He recommended *Easy Sleep*, mentioning that several of his patients found it as effective as Ambien. I was a bit skeptical, but after using it for about 10 days, I’m thrilled with the results. In a way, it’s similar to Ambien: I don’t feel particularly sleepy, but before I know it, I’m out for the night.
