Easy to swallow, with no smell or aftertaste for me. $15 when ordered for 120 days supply is good value as far as I am concerned. The 3 billion CFU per serving is a fairly standard dose for these products. Manufactured in the USA, which for me is always preferable. Taking as a supplement, I cannot confirm they absolutely work or not, but happy to have them to try.

Contains friendly bacteria for the gut, which I take to help improve my digestive health. I trust the brand, with the products been made in the USA and third party tested.

I've found I personally feel less bloated while taking these. They are easy to swallow and seem to do the trick, so I would recommend.

With any product like this it's difficult to empirically measure effect.
