Over the last 5+ years I have been on 5-6 different types of BP medication, all of which have both made me ill and not worked.
The last batch made me so ill I had to go to bed. So, I decided to ditch them and ordered Blood Pressure Support and decided to try that.
Whilst on BP medication my BP had hit 190/110. The tablets brought it down to around 165/95, but made me feel rotten.
