what are electrolytes?
Our electrolytes are a multi mineral blend of sodium, potassium, calcium and magnesium.
Magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance and a reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Magnesium, calcium and potassium contribute to normal muscle function.
How to use

6.5 grams dissolved in water
Take 6.5g (roughly half a scoop) of electrolytes powder dissolved in 500mL of water. More water can be added to adjust the taste to your preference.
